The hotel offers simple, comfortable, and very quiet rooms with 2 single beds, which was exactly what we needed. However, the rooms were a bit small. The service was top-notch, with staff going above and beyond to accommodate my needs. The location is convenient for business trips to Cancún but seemed a bit out of the way. The dining experience wasn't up to Hilton standards, but breakfast was very good with options like eggs, bacon, and waffles.

The hotel offers rooms with full floor-to-ceiling windows facing the parking lot, ensuring privacy but limiting the view. The rooms are clean and sanitized, although slightly small and may feel cramped. The service is courteous and helpful, though there was miscommunication about certain amenities. The location is convenient for business travels and is close to both the airport and city. The dining options vary from delicious to not up to standard. Overall, it's a comfortable stay with a few minor drawbacks.

I stayed at the hotel and found it to be conveniently located inside a shopping mall with various restaurants nearby. The rooms were small and uncomfortable, with limited space for luggage and hair on the floor. The service was friendly but lacking in offering a hotel airport transfer. Although the location felt safe, it was not very close to the airport. The dining experience was below expectations, with tasteless food missing key ingredients. Overall, the stay had its ups and downs.
